The information below summarizes the median price of townhouses and condominiums in July 2006 for communities located in downtown San Diego, California. It also provides information on the percentage change in average price since June 2005, which provides a measure of the market is done in a particular area. The communities with the most large percent change presented in the first place.

La Jolla: $ 587,950, up 9.9%
Normal Heights is $ 309,000, up 9.6%
College Grove: $ 297,750, up 4.2%
Mission Valley: 343,700 $ 0.4%
The following communities in downtown San Diego have experienced declines in average price from July 2005 to July 2006. The name of the community is first presented, followed by the average price in July 2006 and ending on the percent decline since July 2005.
City University: $ 316,000, -36.5% decrease
Linda Vista: $ 319,900, down -26.3%
Ocean Beach: $ 342,450, decreased -25.5%
Mission Hills: $ 392,500; decrease of -21.1%
Tierrasanta: $ 415,000, a decrease of -16.8%
North Park: $ 297,500, decreased by -15.0%
San Carlos: $ 292,000; decrease -13.4%
Old Town: $ 402,000, a decrease of -10.7%
Scripps Ranch: $ 437,500, decreased by -8.9%
Pacific Beach: $ 576,000; decrease -8.9%
Center: $ 545,000, decreased by -7.5%
Mira Mesa: $ 319,900, a decrease of -5.9%
Del Cerro: $ 351,000, decreased by -3.8%

The average price is just a measure to assess the situation a market. A comprehensive evaluation requires the use of multiple measures (eg, change is the average price, how many households are left too long on the market, the relationship of sales to list price, etc.) that is applied over a long period of time. Why are people so cruel in highschool? I'll Scripps Ranch High School and I have people talk about me a lot things, and the pleasure of making my mistakes and never live in the past and I hate it! Can not get over what I done! and I have not really done much, its rumors, so it seems most of what has happened and it really makes me look like a bitch huge! when ive madeout with someone and nothing beyond! and is like super popular I'm just going out with friends and i dont even know where they get stories .. I do not know just sucks and i dont even know what else to do I'm so sick of all this esp. when I'm sitting in class and see people looking at me and whispering and laughing .. What should I do?!?
