Is it possible to refinance a HELOC loan without refinancing your first mortgage?
I have a good rhythm with my mortgage top set at 4.25 for 15. I have a HELOC that is the setting and to the right by about 8.5 percent. I want to refinance rates HELOC without losing the first. Is there such a thing?
