Russell Island is situated about 15 minutes by ferry from Redland Bay (near Cleveland in Brisbane). Ferry services are fast and frequent usually running every 30 minutes all day every day, therefore it is possible to commute to the Brisbane CBD daily for work.
The Island is extremely picturesque and views include Stradbroke Island to the east and the Gold Coast skyline can be just seen in the distant south. With the perfect weather, blue skies and the crystal blue bay why not take up this opportunity to own a piece of paradise. Russell Island is set to boom so be quick.

Withdrawal of Tenancy application?
Hi , I just handed in an application for tenancy to a real estate agent,(In Cairns- Queensland, Australia
) but after I understood that since the place is newly build so they are waiting for a habitation certificate which might take up to two weeks or more. Now since I am under time pressure to move out from the hotel I am staying I wish to find another place which is ready to move in now, can I withdraw from my application for this particular residential at this stage ? will be incurred of any charges at all?
please advise
Hi , Thanks, but It is not a contact I signed only a tenancy application form, as a matter of fact it is a gated community and they ask me to indicate what floor and how many beds are my preferences, along with supporting documents, But I have not heard from them if my application is approved or not, just that I need to wait.
if there is a move in date on the contract that you signed and the place it not ready by that then yes you can back out, if their is no date than no you can not
