hours)
o Law of Agency core course (30 classroom hours)
o Law of Contracts core course (30 classroom hours)
* An additional core real estate course (30 classroom hours)
* Another four semester (60 classroom) hours in core
courses or in related courses acceptable to the
Commission.

Also, what about apprisal license? Are they national or state based?

All RE licenses are issued by states. Florida is also one of the more restrictive. You must get your FL license for FL and your GA lic. for GA.
Appraisal licenses are the same.
