Felony that had adjudication (guilt) withheld in Florida….will this stop me from getting my RE & INS License?
It was 8 years ago when I was 18, 3rd or 1st degree (which ever was the lightest), and guilt was withheld.
I’m wanting to go for my Real Estate or Insurance licenses here in Florida, but I’m curious if that will prevent me.
