I’ve found that OREA provides courses to study and become a real estate agent. Is there any other organizations or schools also providing recognized courses?
During the 2 year Articling stage, do I have to study 3 courses while having an on-job training?

No, I think OREA has the market cornered, although there are other organizations and schools that do continuing education for realtors.
Yes, you do have to do the articling courses during the first 2 years.
Lots of brokerages will take you on, charge you desk fees and/or franchise fees, you will also have to pay CREA, TREB and OREA dues and fees, errors and omissions insurance, advertising like your business cards and signage, and those aforementioned continuing education courses. You will have no benefits like dental, sick leave and the like. If you break your leg falling down some crappy steps and are out of work for months, that will be too bad. Of course the brokerage will take part of any comissions you earn and Revenue Canaga will take a bite of the rest.
This isn’t easy money.
