Please help me. My house for $ 500K and 6% commission real estate agent needs. It does nothing special to do other agents. What is a Commission average for a house for that price? I think it is asking too much?
I would say around several large companies in your area, but most often 6% is the norm. There are runners at the map, but you must use only if they are well informed about the process that will have on yourself. In this economy, it is more difficult to sell to agents really get to work.
