Moving to Tampa Bay or Orlando, FL?
I am moving to Tampa Bay, FL later this year. Could anyone advice me which neighborhood in Tampa Bay is a decent place to live. I am looking for a house, around 2~3 bedrooms around 200K.
How about a 2~3 bedroom apartment, how much does it cost in a decent neighborhood.

Not sure about the Tampa area but I live in Orlando and for a home under 200k you are either going to get a really old house that needs updating or in bad areas. You can easily go between the two and find something nice but the work isn’t as good. In Orlando you can find a nice condo for that price. Orlando is huge so naming the good parts would take while! You pretty much need to be in either Tampa or Orlando to have decent work. Hope I helped a little
