Manhattan Office Space For Rent

Design Your Office Space
Our company has just relocated from a three-storey older building to a one-room rented office wonder. It’s only when you are in a new space that you realize how much you, and your clients, are influenced by their physical environment. We’ve gone from a medley of office desks, of all shapes and sizes, to white desks, and tall-back black swirl chairs, the ones when you’re new to them, you can spend hours letting yourself raising and lowering, using the hand lever on the side. And then there’s the deep purple wall-to-wall carpeting, one tasteful picture hanging on the wall, and the self-serve cappuccino machine in the main foyer. We received our first client while were still unpacking the boxes and crates, but you could tell that this business woman was immediately at ease in this decor.
If this is what standardized Staten Island furniture can do for the client experience, imagine what customized furniture in Staten Island or Long Island, Manhattan can do. Customized furniture is a novelty in the furniture industry. It’s a specialty architectural design service that few companies are offering but that’s definitely creating a buzz.
Essentially furniture stores, which have the craftsmen and the architectural team to do so, are saying to their clients: “Tell Us What you Want, We’ll Design It”.
It’s all about the experience really. What a great way to make a client feel at home instantaneously and to feel valued. They walk through the door and say something like “Nice offices”, to which you reply: “Yes. We had everything customized designed. We wanted our customers to experience the innovation of doing business with us in the right kind of environment – we wanted it to be unique”.
Doing business is a lot about appearances. A company’s website and office space is the company’s facade. The more that your company image is in line with your company vision, the more your clients will feel at ease, and the more they are ready to focus on the business at hand.

I want my boyfriend to move in with me. He lives rent free in his office space. How not to give theultimatum?
We live in Manhattan, have been dating 2 yr+ (some bumps along the way), and are in our mid-30s. We lived together one summer. He doesn’t want to commit to signing a lease, dealing with noisy neighbors, and a commute across town. When I walked away from the relationship previously, he always calls me up. Its hard to find a connection with someone. I want him to want to marry me, live together, etc. We get along great and spend all our time together. His hang up is he is not settled, wants to start five new businesses (We both have mba’s) I tried cutting my loses & walking away once. Its not that easy to find someone you love. We are at an impasse & I want to advance the relationship or break it off for good, as I am not getting any younger (but I look 25). I feel like he is just using me for my apartment sometimes because he does not want a larger commitment right now due to his career pressures. Why is it you have to wait for a guy to be ready?
Sounds like you two need to sit down and have a serious talk. Lay down your goals and expectations for the relationship and some time lines. He will have to do the same. It’s great that he has all this busy stuff going on, yet, in the end, will it support you and a family? That’s the bottom line right? He may be in the sky with his plans and all, yet reality has to set in.
Hate to pull the biology thing on him, but the clock is running.
