The return is requested in a note that I have. The payments have been lost by the debtor, how can I calculate?
I sold my house and take a note home (buyer assistance necessary to qualify for the loan, so they have a score of 48 months of $ 10,000.) Payments have been lost, or about 6, some have doubled. Overall, about 5 payments behind. I have the information in a spreadsheet in Microsoft Works. Is there a calculator on the INE I can use, or formula to plug into the worksheet is designed to give a mortgage company rewards … I suppose that the debtor is consildating loans.
