How to apply for other dog lovers to quell the smell – good?
My apartment neighbor has two dogs on a low floor "Area of the terrace." The area is covered with wooden floors, with spaces between tables. Dogs do not live there, but to "go" there and the owners go out and cleaned with a disinfectant. Now it's summer, it smells like a public toilet in all our balconies with views.
