we have a bad sitiuation -a commercial building was built to close to our property line. we told the city -mayor and building inspector that its to close and they allowed it to happen. NOW THAT building has its eves and sewage drains,gutter drains etc by 2 feet 8 inches over unto our property. do we have to allow him now access to our property because of his mistake and the city’s mistake?p.s -he is not a nice person
