If I can find a company or a mortgage broker who can find or finance loans to small businesses and Multi Family?
I currently on the market to buy a multifamily housing property included five $ 180,000. Because it is considered a commercial establishment I'm having difficulty finding a lender that does business loans under $ 500,000.
