What is loss mitigation, and each has a business mortgage? I'm with CitiMortgage and 3 months late. People have told me in touch with loss mitigation. ¿I can call CitiMortgage and I connect directly to them? You can configure the payment or require that all payments now? Please help!
Just call CitiMortgage. They want help because it helps them. If three months late, what's come of them require you to pay right away? This is obviously not able to do so. Be polite and honest, and communicate, they do their best to pay and see if / how they can help.
