Home Warranty Companies – Any Recommendations?
My home warranty expires in June and for that I say “Good Riddance!” Choice Home Warranty is the biggest rip off! Anyway, I am now searching for another reputable home warranty company (if one exists) and would like to get some feedback from anyone out there who has had experience with an actual reliable company. Prior to Choice, I had BFS (they were ok but the annual cost is to expensive) and AHS (my uncle, as well as other people, have had issues with them). I never had to file a claim with AHS and the warranty purchased by the seller when I bought my condo. Once the contract was up, I went back to BFS.
Any recommendations or advice will be appreciated. Thanks!
I think it is impossible to find a company that holds the same ideas and standards as you do.
They are in business to make money for their shareholders, and as such have masses of small print, guaranteed to enable them to avoid paying out. And of such length and complexity that trying to compare one with another is impossible.
